Suitable for vegans and people with lactose intolerance, tasty and light.
INGREDIENTS
160 g wholemeal flour
200 g almond or soya milk
60 g sugar
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch salt
2 large apples
Maple syrup to finishI mix flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl.and a pinch of salt. I add seed oil. I add almond milk. I mix well. I peel and finely dice apples. I add to batter. I mix evenly. I heat an ungreased non-stick pan and add small mounds. When bubbles form, I turn pancakes and cook gently until done. Delicious warm or cold with maple syrup for breakfast or a snack.
