Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
360 g penne
1 large sausage
500 g button mushrooms
Chopped parsley
300 g béchamel (made with 25 g flour, 25 g butter, 250 ml milk,
Pepper, salt and nutmeg; recipe on the blog)
Grated Parmigiano
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper
I cook penne very al dente.

I brown a crumbled sausage with a little oil in a pan.

I clean mushrooms; they should not be washed, but I rinse quickly, dry well and thinly slice.

I add to sausage and cook over a high heat with a little salt and pepper.

Near the end, I add chopped parsley.

I mix pasta with mushroom sauce.

I add béchamel.

I combine all ingredients and add 2/3 tablespoons Parmigiano.

I butter an ovenproof dish, add pasta, sprinkle with Parmigiano and knobs of butter.

I bake at 180 for 15/20 minutes until golden.
Serve hot.

Prepare ahead and bake just before serving.
