Method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

A very simple, quick tart, especially with a food processor, although you can mix by hand.
I put the wholemeal flour in the processor.

The '00' flour.
IMG_9873.JPG
The sugar.
IMG_9874.JPG
The baking powder and vanillin.
IMG_9875.JPG
The cold butter in pieces.
IMG_9876.JPG
I add a whole egg.
IMG_9877.JPG
The two yolks.
IMG_9878.JPG
I start the processor.
IMG_9879.JPG
The mixture should be crumbly; I work it briefly with my hands.
IMG_9880.JPG
I butter and flour a 30 cm tin.
IMG_9883.JPG
I put half the mixture in the bottom, pressing firmly with my hands and raising the edges slightly.
IMG_9884.JPG
I choose the jam: mine is fig jam I made in August, but any jam works. For an extra indulgent version, spread with Nutella.
IMG_9885.JPG
I spread a layer of jam.
IMG_9886.JPG
I crumble the other half evenly over the whole surface, covering it completely.
IMG_9887.JPG
I bake at 170/180°C for about 35 minutes, depending on the oven, until golden.
IMG_9888.JPG
I let it cool and dust with icing sugar.
