INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
400 g veal slices
500 g button mushrooms
1 garlic clove
30 g butter
3/4 tablespoons flour
Extra virgin olive oil
Parsley
Salt, pepper
I prepare the mushrooms.

I clean and thinly slice them.

I gently sauté a crushed garlic clove in a little oil in a frying pan.

I add the mushrooms.

I cook over a high heat for about ten minutes, add salt and pepper and set aside.

I prepare the veal; have it thinly sliced or flatten it with a meat mallet.

I dust it with flour.

I melt a few tablespoons oil and about 30 g butter in a large frying pan.

I put in the meat slices.

I cook for a few minutes, turn them and add salt and pepper.

I add a splash of water and move the pan back and forth to form a creamy sauce.

I add the reserved mushrooms and let the flavours combine.

I chop parsley and sprinkle it over the escalopes.

Also delicious with pork loin or sliced chicken breast.
