Ingredients and method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

I opened the fridge to leftovers: what now? Improvise!
This is an idea rather than a recipe, avoiding waste. Unappealing separately, leftovers together can save supper!
INGREDIENTS
Grilled aubergines
Grilled courgettes
1 sausage
Boiled potatoes
Ricotta
Salt, pepper
I put a little roll of sausage on each aubergine slice.

I roll them up and prepare them all.

I thread onto wooden skewers in an attractive shape.

I dress leftover boiled potatoes with oil, pepper, salt and parsley.
I work ricotta with a little oil, pepper and salt into a quenelle.
I heat the skewer on the griddle and arrange everything on plates.
