No desire to heat oven but wanting dessert? This is like chocolate salami, a little crisper. Replace coffee for children with milk or orange juice, adding zest if liked.

Method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
I chop chocolate into a bowl with butter pieces.
I add brown sugar.
Coffee.
A pinch vanilla.
I melt in microwave or bain-marie, stirring occasionally.
It should be smooth and glossy.
I roughly break biscuits in a food bag with a meat mallet.
I chop hazelnuts with a knife.
I mix biscuits into melted chocolate.
Sultanas.
Chopped hazelnuts.
I combine well.
I line a 22 cm tin with parchment and add and level mixture.
I refrigerate for 3 hours.
