Ingredients and method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

An easy, quick cake to prepare and cook in the microwave. When you want something sweet but have nothing ready, these few ingredients make a delicious dessert without weighing anything. In 15 minutes, including preparation and cooking, you have a wonderful treat.
If you dislike cocoa and pears, replace the cocoa tablespoon with flour (making 4) and use an apple instead of the pear.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 MUGS
1 egg
1 pear
3 tablespoons Italian 00 flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
3 tablespoons sugar
15 g butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 pinch vanilla
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
1/2 sachet baking powder (8 g)
I peel and finely dice the pear. Add lemon juice to prevent browning if liked, though unnecessary if working quickly.
I melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave and add the sugar.
I add the egg and mix with a whisk.
I add the milk.
A pinch of vanilla and a pinch of salt.
I sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into the liquid.
I add half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
I mix until smooth and creamy.
I add the diced pear.
I mix it in well.
I butter 2 roomy microwave-safe mugs, as the cakes rise during cooking.
I divide the mixture between them.
I microwave at full power (750 watts) for 3 and a half minutes. Ready, warm and fragrant, slightly moist inside and delicious!
Excellent with a good cup of tea for a snack and more.
Let cool slightly and enjoy.
